1. Scope of application

The terms and conditions apply to all products, which are offered on speaker-terminal.com. Sales and delivery are subject to the terms and conditions set out here. Conflicting or deviating terms from the customer will not be recognized, unless they have been settled by the parties in written form.

4. Conclusion of contract

6. Cancellation and contract resolution

In the event that the customer does not accept the products within two weeks despite the acceptance obligation, speaker-terminal.com may terminate the contract (cancel) as well as charge the transaction costs of the above mentioned 15%. In the event of a delivery impossibility of speaker-terminal.com, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract at the earliest four weeks after the agreed delivery date. In the event of a cancellation due to non-delivery, speaker-terminal.com will fully refund the customer.

7. Delivery

Delivery is done as soon as possible. As far as stock are concerned, usually within 5 working days to the specified address. Customers are informed of any delay in delivery.

8. Defects

Delivered or retrieved goods must be immediately checked for correctness, completeness and integrity. Any defects, damage (visible or concealed), incorrect deliveries and deviations in quantity are in writing (also by e-mail) within 5 calendar days after receipt of the consignment to speaker-terminal.com ). The consignment must be kept in the delivery state for the further handling of claims handling and the product must not be put into operation. 12. Return of goods

If the customer wants to return goods, this is done at the expense and risk of the customer. The products must be packed with all accessories in their original packaging and packed in a safe manner and assured. A detailed error description and a copy of the invoice must be attached to the return.
